We all believe that one of the core ways to have the strongest black community possible is to have strong, viable, black businesses. We not only speak about it, we be about it.

What’s included with my vendor space?
Your vendor space includes your assigned vending area during Melanated Campout Homecoming. Vendors should plan to bring their own table, chairs, tent, display setup, power solution if needed, and anything else required to operate smoothly during the event. In other words: bring your business, your setup, and your good energy.
What kind of vendors are you looking for?
We’re looking for vendors that align with the Melanated Campout experience — culture, community, lifestyle, wellness, fashion, art, specialty goods, and products or services our campers would genuinely enjoy. If your brand feels like a fit for grown folks, good vibes, and a joyful weekend outside, you’re in the right conversation.
Do I need to bring my own tent, table, and chairs?
Yes. Vendors should plan to bring their own full setup unless otherwise stated in their approval details. We want you comfortable, prepared, and looking good out there — not borrowing a folding chair with one leg shorter than the others.
How will I know if I’ve been approved?
Once your application is reviewed, our team will follow up with the next steps if your business is selected. Keep an eye on your email so you don’t miss the update.
