When do purchases have to be completed to count?
Purchases using your ambassador code can be made before or during the campout, but they must be completed and paid in full by the last day of the campout in order to qualify.

You’ll receive a monthly emailed report showing your sales and earnings. Payouts are processed 10 business days after the campout ends to account for refunds, chargebacks, and any last-minute changes.

What happens if someone cancels, refunds, or transfers their purchase?
If a qualifying purchase is refunded, canceled, chargebacked, or transferred to someone who is not a first-time attendee, that commission will be deducted from your earnings.
